Description
Description of Requirement The Tennessee Air National Guard (TN ANG) Recruiting and Retention office requires a high-visibility marketing and exhibit presence at the 2026 CMA Fest in Nashville, TN, scheduled for June 3-8, 2026. The requirement includes: Premium exhibit/booth space within the official festival footprint. Official sponsorship rights to utilize CMA Fest branding for recruiting purposes. Access to festival attendees for lead generation and community engagement. Justification for Sole Source The Government intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with the Country Music Association, Inc. (CMA). The CMA is the sole owner and producer of "CMA Fest." They hold the exclusive proprietary rights to license booth space, branding, and sponsorship opportunities associated with the event. No other vendor or promoter is authorized to provide official exhibit space within the restricted festival grounds. Consequently, the CMA is the only source reasonably available to satisfy the governments requirement for a direct presence at this specific event. Response Instructions This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
