This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested on the provided SF 1449, along with a technical approach, pricing sheet and past performance references. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. To be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires dental treatment services at a local area dental office in accordance with the performance work statement.
