Description

The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation FA452826R0001 is to correct an administrative error regarding the deadline for the submission of offeror questions. The deadline for all questions regarding this solicitation is hereby changed FROM Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CDT TO Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CDT. A revised Section L (Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors), incorporating this corrected date in paragraph L.1.5, is attached hereto and replaces the previous version in its entirety. The deadline for the receipt of proposals remains unchanged. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning a copy of this SF 30 with their proposal submission, or by acknowledging the amendment number and date in Block 14 of the SF 1442. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, in conjunction with the procedures in RFO Part 36 and the principles of RFO Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. Solicitation number FA4528-26-R-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to provide flooring installation, repair, and replacement services at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 238330. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The Government intends to award approximately three (3) to five (5) Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
