COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for solicitation identified as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 36C10B26Q0497, for the acquisition of brand-name Lynx Keyboard Panic Solution enhance staff safety and emergency response capabilities at the Western North Carolina VA Healthcare System based in Asheville, North Carolina. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity basis in accordance with Section 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul VA Deviation 12.102 (a), �For acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), document the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision.� The intended source for any Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) set asides. The period of performance will be from June 30, 2026, through June 29, 2027, consisting of one (1) 12?month base period. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 541519 � Other Computer Related Servies with a size standard of $34 Million.
