Description
RFP N5523619R0016 posted 12 April 2019 with a closing date and time of May 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego (SWRMC) intends to issue a solicitation to accomplish the Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC 78) FY-19; Lift Fan; Emergent Repair. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contact the Procuring Contracts Specialist for inspection dates/location, contract dates and place of performance. The LCAC-78 FY-19; Lift Fan; Emergent Repair is to be performed in accordance with Government prepared specifications, drawings, and work item descriptions. All West Coast area sources who currently hold an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) under DFARS 217.71, or are qualified for and willing to enter an agreement shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess an ABR are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of the ABR application without impacting the vessel's availability dates. The successful offeror will be required to have a Southwest Regional Maintenance Center approved Quality System (IAW NAVSEA Standard Item 009-004), approved and in place at time of contract award. The applicable NAICS will be "336611".
