The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 100 each up to 500 each maximum of ACCUMULATOR, PNEUMAT, NSN: 1650-01-298-8467, Part Number: 70651-03201 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 100 each Year 2: 100 each Year 3: 100 each Year 4: 100 each Year 5: 100 each Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 100 each 360, Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX. 78419-5255. This item is restricted to Rockwell Collins Incorporated, CAGE Code: 7S5J7, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE Code: 78286, MOOG, Inc, CAGE Code: 0ZWK8 and Honeywell International Inc., CAGE Code: 59364 All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that possess the ability and can either supply the product from the source or manufacture the required item(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors interested in manufacturing this item are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website below and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR): http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar in addition to, looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR) All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only responsible source.
