The comprehensive cosmetic restoration of a static display MC-130H aircraft at the Hurlburt Field Air Park in Florida, involving extensive corrosion removal, sheet metal repair, complete repainting to its original historical color scheme, and weather-proofing to bring the aircraft to a durable, museum-quality standard in accordance with the attached Statement of Work
