(CAGE: 76761) P/N N1609-1 Quantity: 97 (with 100% Option) End Item: MaxxPro, MMPV Type II Response Date: 22 July 2026 Requirements Description: This alternator is an electrical component that delivers current to all MaxxPro and on-board electrical components. By working in tandem with the MaxxPro batteries and engine, an alternator is the electrical power generator for the vehicle and a critical component in the vehicle's electrical system. The Government does not have rights to the Technical Data Package (TDP) or specifications. This survey is published in compliance with FAR Part 10, Market Research. This request for capability information does not constitute?a request?for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding or in any subsequent exchange of information.? Contractors interested in becoming a source of supply need to meet the requirements of the Source Approval Program including vehicle level qualification testing, at their own expense. The TACOM Life Cycle Management Command, Competition Management Office (CMO), is the lead proponent for the Source Approval Program.
