Description
AFRL/RYD has a need to advance the design and fabrication of commercial and Government developed sensor (signal) generation and processing microelectronics technologies for the purpose of maturing, verifying, assuring, and delivering next generation national defense capabilities to critical Department of Defense (DoD) systems through robust experimentation and testing. Experimentation under the MINSAV ARA will construct prototype systems that demonstrate microelectronics capabilities that yield technical offset for DoD related autonomous, artificial intelligence, precision navigation and timing, electronic warfare, data processing, spatial/spectrally agile, and strategic applications. THIS IS AN ADVANCED RESEARCH ANNOUNCEMENT (ARA) THAT WILL SOLICIT REQUIREMENTS THROUGH CALLS FOR PROPOSALS. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT POSTS THE BASIC ARA AND DOES NOT REQUIRE PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME.
