Description
Amendment 36C24626Q0439 (0002) Question (Black) / Response (Red) Is the solicitation 36C24626Q0439 requiring GSA pricing or Open Market? Response: Solicitation 36C24626Q0439 is Open Market pricing. the supplier has a few technical questions that require clarification in order to proceed accurately with your requirement. We need photos and more detailed specs. Can you provide those so we can send you a quote? Response: The RFI requires more details to be able to provide accurate or additional information For the existing wardrobe units, is our installer to clean up after the removal of those? As the new items are not the same style, not built in. Are we to patch/paint the walls, etc? Response: They are not required to clean up post-removal of the wardrobes unless there is unnecessary roughness and damage with the removal of the wardrobes. Are you aware of this project? Did your department write this spec? The wardrobes spec is for a flat top Usually in BH Areas we supply a slanted top. Is the spec correct? Response: yes, yes and the top is flat due to it going into an existing alcove. Do you think it s possible to get an extension on this one to early next week? Response: Yes, extension is approved to provide the highest quality of deliverables for review to support the VA Mission. Quotes are due Thursday: 04/23/2026 at 11:00 a.m. EST.
