SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT / CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Incubation/Speciation of Viable Samples for � Media Fill, Gloved Fingertip and Thumb Sampling, Viable Surface. Performance will occur for Station 593 at the North Las Vegas VA Medical Center, 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, and its associated regional clinics under the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. Key technical capability requirements include: Provide routine software updates, firmware upgrades, and hardware upkeep for passive RTLS sensors, tags, and tracking systems. Ensure personnel hold valid manufacturer certifications required to work on specialized medical and enterprise logistics tracking components. CAPABILITY STATEMENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement that directly addresses their ability to fulfill this requirement.
