Description
The Procurement Section of the American Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, invites your company to submit a competitive sales quotation for the goods/services described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). Please see attachment for complete specifications and requirements. Terms and Conditions Payment Terms: Net 30 days after goods/services received and proper invoice submitted Competition Notice: This RFQ is being competed. Please make your quotation most competitive. Evaluation Rights: We reserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price. Award: We plan to issue a Purchase Order (PO) document to the winning bidder. Please submit your quotation in accordance with the requirements specified in the attached RFQ documentation. For questions or clarifications, please contact the Procurement Section at the American Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia.
