Description
QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) . Technical Plan IAW SOW Technical Specifications of Quoted Product IAW SOW/Salient Characteristics * The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer. Site Visit: A site visit will be scheduled for this requirement. An amendment will be posted with the details. Deadline for Questions pertaining to this solicitation: Questions shall be sent to the email addresses: reijo.rantala@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil, NLT 10 Jul 2026, 12:00 p.m. (CDT). Deadline for receipt of offers: NLT 17 July 2026, 2:00 p.m. (CDT). All quotes shall be emailed toreijo.rantala@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil, Please see attached RFQ and SOW for more detailed information.
