Description

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to update the sources sought capabilities statement due date to February 9th, 2026, 10:00AM EST. This amendment also updates slight details of the assumed cranes operational needs. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of firms that possess the expertise to successfully complete and perform the requirements described herein. Furthermore, this effort seeks to address any questions, recommendations, or concerns from Industry. The information gathered will assist the Government in ensuring there is adequate competition among a potential pool of responsible contractors. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under this announcement. Please refer to the attached Sources Sought documentation for the details of this action. The Capabilities Statement requested for this Sources Sought is not intended to be a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. It is intended to request statements that thoroughly demonstrate interested companies existing expertise and experience (or developed plans for such) in relation to the areas specified herein. Any commercial brochures or currently existing marketing material may be submitted alongside the Capabilities Statement. Submission of a Capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in tailoring requirements to be consistent with industry capabilities. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is neither to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. All interested contractors should submit responses via email by 1000 hours Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 28 January 2026. Submit responses and information to Mikayla.B.Shanholtzer@usace.army.mil and Eric.L.Caruso@usace.army.mil. No hard copies will be accepted.
