This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (140L3726Q0069) as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal acquisition Circular 2019-03. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. NAICS 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry - Fuels Management Services. The small business size standard is $34.0 million. Product Service Code F014 - Natural Resources / Conservation - Tree Thinning. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type purchase order. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Socorro Field Office, Socorro County, New Mexico has a requirement to perform Manual Fuel Reduction / Thinning - Slash Management (pinyon-juniper) on a per acre basis with an estimated 200 acres. The project area is located on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) administered lands about 15 miles south-southwest of Socorro in Socorro County, New Mexico in parts of Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8 and 30 of Township 5 South, Range 1 West (Nogal South Unit) and Sections 6 of Township 3 South, Range 1 West (Black Canyon Unit) Chupader Mountain Thinning 200 acres x $______ per acre = $________ SITE VISIT: Scheduled May 28, 2026; meet at the Socorro Field office at 9 a.m. for a briefing, then travel to the site for the field visit.
