Description
The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) intends to award a standalone, a 5-year (base + 4 option year) service contract for the Peak Scientific Genius XE35 120V Nitrogen Generator that includes annual preventative maintenance visits and on demand service visits when needed. Noun Name: Nitrogen Generator Service and Maintenance Description: The Peak Scientific Genius XE35 120V Nitrogen Generator is a piece of equipment necessary for the operation of the Thermo Fisher Dionex Ion Chromatograph System 6000 with ISQ-EC Mass Spectrometer. The nitrogen generator utilizes the surrounding air to generate high-purity nitrogen for high performance instrumentation including mass spectrometry. The Peak Scientific Genius XE35 120V Nitrogen Generator will require annual preventative maintenance visits and on demand service visits when needed Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the acts listed in the service contract as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services Period of Performance - 1 Jun 2026 � 31 May 2027 Please complete pricing on attached combined synopsis solicitation document and submit required documents by 17 Apr 2026, 9:00 am PST. Questions are due by 22 May 2026 at 9:00 am PST. In accordance with 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Products and Commercial Services Addendum Instructions and Submittal Requirements for Each Factor, Offerors shall provide the following information with the quote: A. An official proposal with the RFP number, Company Name and Address, point of contact, and CAGE Code on company letterhead. B. The CLIN pricing must be completed, and all attachments must be completed and submitted. C. Include statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the RFP. Proposals that take exception to the terms and conditions of the RFP may not be excluded from consideration. Ensure this is not in your email, but a part of your official proposal document. D. Include pricing data, such as published pricing or invoices for similar or same services provided to other commercial sources, other than government customers In addition, please provide any certifications/ licenses to perform maintenance or repair work on the subject equipment.
