Description

The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Floor, Wall, and Canopy Repair Project at the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy Baku. The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for the project. The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract. The Contractor shall complete the project in accordance with the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation. A site visit will be held at the site in July - August 2026. The exact date will be announced later. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Procurement Agent Vahid Movsumov at e-mail address MovsumovVI@state.gov no later than July 17, 2026, using the solicitation number 19AJ2026Q0016 in the subject line. Please do not telephone. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the company. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. IMPORTANT: SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. The guideline for registration is SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM The Government plans to award the contract in September 2026.
