The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic status such as a SDVOSB set-aside if feasible. If insufficient SDVOSB responses are received to establish the basis for setting this requirement aside for SDVOSB s, the requirement may be solicited as a VOSB or a SB set aside in which case all interested parties responding shall be eligible to compete. Statement of Need Scope of Work This requirement needs to provide 10 Computer and Assembly All in One Workstations to be delivered to C.W. Bill Young VAMC (CWYVAMC). Background The C.W. Bill Young (CWBY) VA Medical Center, Bay Pines campus currently has ten computer stations on hand that are used to house a computer and used for assembling trays. These desks are outdated and starting to come apart. Furthermore, due to the increase in RMD (Reusable Medical Equipment) being used daily, the desks are no longer able to hold and store all that is needed for a normal daily shift. Place of Performance The product is requested to be delivered to Sterile Processing Service at the CWYVAMC, located at 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard, Bay Pines, FL 33744. Period of Performance: The product is requested to be delivered no later than September 30, 2026 Type of Contract: Supply, Firm, Fixed Price. Requirement Overview The Contractor shall provide the full requested quantity of products listed below. Salient Characteristics *NAME BRAND OR EQUAL* Equipment Requirement: X10 Computer and Assembly All in One Workstations 10 Workstations. Overall dimensions must be at least 72 long X 30 deep. Must be made of Stainless Steel. Must come with height adjustment of at least 35 to at least 45 . Must have at least 8 outlet electrical power strip and must be stored under desk. Must come with an overhead LED light. Workstation must come with rear peg board that will allow space for a bin, x2 shelves and storage space. Workstation must come with at least 4 diameter swivel casters with brakes. Must have pull out drawer and pull-out shelf for extra workspace. Workstation needs to include side computer shelf and keyboard arm. Training: Not required. Software: Not required.
