Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard for equipment consisting of the following: Quantity (14): 25' W Archway with 3-D Logo Quantity (4): 15' H Helmet Quantity (4): 15' L Tunnel Accessories for each unit: (1) HP blower, storage bag, tie downs, stakes, repair kit and manual. 3 year seam to seam warranty Artwork will include standard art placement and standard colors. This is a Brand Name or Equal acquisition. If you are not submitting a bid for the equipment requested, you must demonstrate that the equipment you are proposing meets, at a minimum, all of the requirements of the equipment requested. Your submission MUST include all necessary and relevant equipment information to demonstrate the equipment will meet requirements. Solicitation W912QG-19-R-0018 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 339920. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at: https://www.sam.gov). All vendors must have a publicly visible registration in SAM. Offerors must include the following information with their offer: DUNS Number, CAGE Code, Federal Tax ID Number, Physical Address, Phone Number and the Point of Contact. All Request for Information (RFIs) shall be sent to fontane.l.mathis.mil@mail.mil no-later than Monday, April 8 at 10:00 (10:00 AM EST). Reference the solicitation number (W912QG-19-R-0018) in the subject line of the email on ALL Correspondence. Response shall be sent to fontane.l.mathis.mil@mail.mil no later than Tuesday, 9 April 2019 at 12:00 (12:00 PM EST).
