Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C77626Q0016 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of medical gases to various Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities located within the VISN 16 catchment area. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. For a detailed list of the medical gases required, including descriptions of all line-item numbers, estimated quantities, and units of measure, please refer to Attachment D.1 Schedule of Items in the solicitation. It is imperative that all medical gases comply with United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and National Formulary (NF) standards, and are appropriately labeled and certified for medical use. Detailed information regarding the days and locations for delivery and acceptance, as well as the f.o.b. (free on board) point, can be found in Attachment D.2 Facility Locations included in the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to review all sections of the solicitation carefully and ensure compliance with the terms, conditions, and instructions provided. Offers must be received by April 21, 2026, no later than 1:00 PM Central Time.
