Any offered product must meet or exceed all characteristics listed to be considered technically acceptable.1. Motor SpecificationsUnit shall include a 5 HP, 3600 RPM, 184T frame, TEFC motor.Motor must operate on 208, 230, or 460 VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz power.Final operating voltage will be identified at time of order.2. Starter and ControlsMust include a full voltage magnetic pushbutton starter.Must include integrated motor overload protection.Controls must be housed in a NEMA 4 enclosure.3. Abrasive Belt TensioningGrinder must use abrasive belts sized 1 inch by 90 inches.System must include air assisted belt tensioning.4. Belt Guard and Dust Collection InterfaceMust include a swing frame style abrasive belt guard.Guard must include a 4 inch diameter exhaust outlet compatible with standard dust collection systems.Dust collector is not included.5. Drive PulleyMust include a 6 inch crowned aluminum drive pulley.Pulley must deliver approximately 5500 feet per minute abrasive belt speed.6.
