Description
This solicitation is for a time charter of one (1) Jones Act qualified U.S.-flag host ship for Naval Special Warfare (NSW) based in Pearl Harbor, HI. Anticipated lay days: 22 September 2026 to 30 December 2026. The place/range of delivery is Pearl Harbor, HI. See attached RFP [SF-1449] and all RFP Attachments for full details. Amendments: A0001: issued 29 MAY 2026, revising the Offer Due Date from 21 JUN 2026 to 22 JUN 2026. See attachments N3220526R00140001 [1] SF 30 and [2] SF 1449. A0002: issued 17 JUN 2026, extending the Solicitation response due date and revising RFP Attachments 01 and 06.
