Description

Description: � The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 requires installation of one new overhead mounted patient lift (Government Furnished Equipment), to include supply and installation of four miscellaneous components not previously purchased. The overhead ceiling and wall mounted patient lift system shall be complete with track system, lift unit, motors and complete structural mounting system to attach to the existing structural/roof system. The contractor shall provide and install a track configuration with continuous charge appropriate for the single installation location. A lift capacity as supported by the selected model: Savaria/Handicare Monarch FIX 2F 200KG ceiling lift must be supported by the product chosen. The Savaria/Handicare Monarch FIX 2F 200KG ceiling lift has been previously purchased by the Government and will be provided to the installation contractor. Installation service should include appropriate configuration and installation of all Unistrut with direct mounting to the building. The installation shall also include certification for compliance as required by AL14-07PSA Checklist. Service must be provided by OEM certified technician and must use certified OEM parts. All service shall be coordinated through the COR/Richard L. Roudebush VAMC Healthcare Technology Management staff and Clinical staff. Work shall be completed during normal business hours as defined by the contract. The installation will be completed in Building 1, Room CB-062. � This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. � The VA plans to issue a solicitation on or about April 22, 2026. � ***End of Presolicitation Notice***
