The scope of this Order falls under DCSA�s Software Engineering Services (SWES) Multiple-Award BPA. The National Industrial Security System Increment 2 (NI2) is the designated enterprise solution to modernize and consolidate the industrial security mission for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
