Description
The purpose of Amendment A0002 is to: 1) Post Government Responses to Bidders Questions in Attachment L-1; 2) Section B, update language in Note F (in red text);3) Section H, Add H.3 - Limitation of Liability clause (in red text); 3) Section I, add Government Property clauses in Section I: FAR 52.245-1 Alt I, FAR 52.245-9, DFARS 252.242-7005, DFARS 252.245-7003, and DFAR 252.245-7005; 4) Section I, update FAR 52.211-11 in Section to establish a cap (in red text); 5) Section J, update Attachments J-3 (CDRL A034 only) and L-4; 6) Section L, update language in L.1.2.B.7, L.1.5.1, L.1.5.2.1, and L.2.2.1 (in red text).
