Description
This Justication and Approval provides the rationale and Competition Advocates Approval of Restricting a $10 Million opportunity to Local Entities as ADS 302.3.4.5(f) using the Authority at AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(3)(i). Concerns or questionis about this restriction to eligibility should be addressed to Andre-Guy Soh at asoh@usaid.gov by September 30, 2024. The related solicitation is Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 72052724R00002 for Institutional Strengthening of the Government of Peru to implement the National Counternarcotics Policy
