The Purpose of this Solicitation is to procure Generator Preventative Maintenance Services for Federal Emergency Management Agency, Naval Weapon Station Earle, 201 Route 34, Building C-54, Colts Neck NJ 07722. Base: 08/19/2026 - 08/18/2027 Option 1: 08/19/2027 - 08/18/2028 Option 2: 08/19/2028 - 08/18/2029 Option 3: 08/19/2029 - 08/18/2030 Option 4: 08/19/2030 - 08/18/2031 Response regarding this RFQ shall be directed via email to kendall.feaster@fema.dhs.gov and a copy to gennara.mack@fema.dhs.gov. All responses must be received no later than Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 5:00pm EST. Q&A: 1. Q: Generator Monitoring System (CLIN 0005): The PWS states the current monitoring system is to be assessed, with a proposal for replacement or upgrade provided as part of the contractor's assessment prior to PM beginning. Can the Government confirm whether it intends for the contractor to furnish and install a new monitoring system, or to maintain/service the existing system? If a system is currently installed, can the Government identify the make/vendor so offerors can scope accurately? A: Intent is to maintain/service current system and or upgrade current system if upgrades are available or needed, not replace with any new system. Current system is GEN TRACKER generator monitoring system. 2. Q: Monitoring system pricing: Should the cost of any replacement/upgrade monitoring system (including hardware and any multi-year monitoring/communication service) be priced as a separate CLIN/line item, or included within the maintenance CLINs? A: CLIN line item CLIN0005 is for generator monitoring system. 3. Q: As an alternative to a site visit, would it be possible to obtain photographs of the unit data plate, engine serial number tag, generator nameplate, and a few exterior photos of the generator package?
