Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Credentialing Management Support

Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Contracting and Procurement (C&P), and Technology and Systems (T&S) intends to issue a solicitation using other than full and open competition. Accordingly, the TSA in-tends to award a sole-source contract to Identification Technology Partners, Inc., 20251 Century Boulevard, Suite 330, Germantown, MD 20874. This contract will address requirements of the TS office for credentialing management support that will focus on technical expertise for credentials issued using the TSA's Security Threat Assessment (STA). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, within 10 days of posting this Notice of Intent. This notice of intent is not a re-quest for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the dis-cretion of the Government. Information received will nor-mally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested vendors who may wish to seek subcontracting opportunities should contract the above named company directly.
