Description
The purpose of Amendment 01 is to provide the Government's responses to industry questions and to extend the RFI submission deadline. Questions & Answers: The consolidated Q&A document (Attritable ISR Aircraft - QA.xlsx) has been posted and is available for review. Deadline Extension: The deadline for RFI response submissions has been extended. All responses are now due no later than 4:00 PM EST on 05 May 2026. All other terms, conditions, and submission instructions outlined in the original RFI remain unchanged. Background: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) & Special Operations Forces (SOF) Directorate is seeking information from industry on capabilities to provide low-cost, attritable unmanned airborne platforms for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions. The objective is to identify sources that can deliver ISR mass for operational utility and suitability in a rapid and affordable manner. The Government is open to all unmanned platform types and encourages innovative solutions. This Request for Information (RFI) is for market research only and will not result in a contract award. See the attached documents for a complete description of the desired performance characteristics and submission instructions.
