Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation. The requirement is for the purchase of Northrop Grumman TIGER Multi Link Software License as follows: ITEM DESCRIPTION0001 172-DSL-ML TIGER MULTI LINK SOFTWARE LICENSE QTY.03This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the business size standard is 47 (millions of dollars). Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.
