Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), is seeking to procure new synthetic mooring lines for ships and barges in the National Defense Reserve Fleet. The Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF), Benicia, CA has a firm fixed price contract requirement for the purchase and delivery of synthetic mooring lines as described in the attachments.
