NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE� SOURCE REQUIREMENT� � The Department of Veterans Affairs, Aleda E Lutz VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO)� 10, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602-5251. Intends to Negotiate a Sole Source Contract under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part� 13.106-1(b), Only One Responsible Source for the following items listed below.� � The associated NAICS code for this Procurement is� 811210 with a size standard of $34� Million in Annual Sales.� � � � The Sole Source Contract will be Awarded to:� � Carefusion, Inc. 3750 Torrey View Court San Diego, CA 92130-2622 � Description of Service requirements:� The contractor shall provide Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) BD Alaris Software Support, Remote and On-Site Technical Assistance, Cybersecurity-Related Software Updates, Patches, and Associated Maintenance Services on the BD Alaris Infusion System that is currently utilized at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center.
