Description
*A002 - Issued April 30, 2026 to update the proposal due date from May 5, 2026 to May 12, 2026 by 4pm ET. *A001 - Issued on April 7, 2026 to update the site visit information. The offeror is required to provide their name and company information to the CO, Ryan Edwards via email at EdwardsRC@state.gov in order to attend the site visit. Additionally, the site visit attendees are required to have a REAL ID compliant identification in order to gain access to the site. This is a formal request for proposal (19AQMM26R0184) for construction services in support of the Department of State Foreign Affairs Security Training Center in Blackstone, VA. The RFP, Statement of Work, DBA Wage Determination, Public Release of Information, and Past Performance Questionnaire are added in the Attachments/Links tab. Questions are due no later than April 20, 2026 by 4:30 pm ET. Site Visit is scheduled for April 22, 2026 at 10am ET. Proposals are due May 5, 2026 by 4:00 pm ET.
