Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a contract action to the Boeing Company (Boeing), 14441 Astronautics Lane, Huntington Beach, CA, 92647 for VLA-150 Host Processor Cards (A12 Cards) in support of the Taiwan Air Force P-3C?platform. Contract action award is planned to occur in 4th Quarter FY26. Delivery of up to ten Cards is anticipated in calendar year 2026. The effort shall be procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(A)(1) and FAR 6.103-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The Government has completed its review of all written information submitted on or before 1 May 2026 in response to the Sources Sought Notice. The Government will not consider any information submitted by interested parties in response to this Presolicitation Notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Boeing directly via Mr. David Wallace at david.e.wallace2@boeing.com.
