*****AMENDMENT A00003 POSTED 8/18/2025***** The purpose of this amendment to Request for Quotes (RFQ) 70B06C25Q00000070 is to make the following changes: 1) Extend the due date and time for all volume submissions to November 7, 2025 2pm ET. All other submission instructions, including delivery method (e.g., email, written submissions etc.) and submission locations identified in the solicitation Section III.2 are unchanged. For those quoters who have already submitted complete or partial quotes, CBP will hold those submissions for evaluation after the November 7, 2025 close date, unless quoters submit revised volumes that are identified as replacing those volumes submitted previously. 2) As the solicitation now closes in the Government�s next fiscal year, per Homeland Security Acquisition Manual 302.703-70, offerors are placed on notice that there are currently no funds for the solicitation requirement and a contract or order can be awarded only if funds become available. See the attachment 2.5.1 70B06C25Q00000070 A00003.pdf for details. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of RFQ 70B06C25Q00000070, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect. *****END OF AMENDMENT A00003***** *****AMENDMENT A00002 POSTED 7/30/2025***** The purpose of this amendment to the Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to make the following changes: 1) The due date and time for Volume I is extended to August 18, 2025 2pm ET. 2) The due date and time for Volumes II through IV is unchanged and shall be submitted not later than August 8, 2025 2pm ET. Volume II submissions shall clearly identify the Quoter, preferably to include the Quoter's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). 3) On Pg. 30, under Section III.4(c), Factor I: Technical, Technical Evaluation Part A (Pass/DQ), first full paragraph shall be updated to read as follows: "This portion of the source selection shall be conducted by the Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC). TEC will utilize the Statement of Work (SOW) to reference technical requirements. All items must meet the specifications for that particular item identified in the Statement of Work. A DQ in any single section listed below shall disqualify the submission in its entirety." See the attachment 2.5.1 70B06C25Q00000070 A00002.pdf for details. *****END OF AMENDMENT A00002***** *****AMENDMENT A00001 POSTED 5/27/2025***** The purpose of this amendment to the Request for Quotes (RFQ) identified in Block 9A is to provide Government responses to questions submitted timely per the instructions included in Section III of the RFQ. Included with this amendment is attachment 2.5.1 70B06C25Q00000070 A00001 Attachment 3- Question and Answer- Government Responses.pdf which provides all Government responses. Also, please note a clerical error on Pg. 28 & 31 of the solicitation document where CBP references a "R1 Rated Shields." This should be "RF1 Rated Shields." There are only two designations of shields in the solicitation: RF1 and HG2. The due date and time for quotes is not changed. *****END OF AMENDMENT A00001***** This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for ballistic shields in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Law Enforcement Safety & Compliance (LESC) Directorate.
