Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV25QA043, for Gate Attendant Services for various locations in the East Central Area Public Site Areas in Oklahoma within Tulsa District. There are currently 3 purchase orders anticipated, between Eufaula and Tenkiller Lakes, OK. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $10M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is M1PA. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only in the Solicitation Module on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website at https://piee.eb.mil/. It is the responsibility of the contractors to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about: 16 SEP 2025; Solicitation close date is anticipated to be on or about: 07 OCT 2025. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period and two (2) option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion. Contract award date is anticipated to be on or about: 01 DEC 2025.
