Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912QM26QA025 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Master Blanket Purchase Agreement for commercial rental vehicle services in Honduras, with or without a driver. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. There is no statement regarding the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) in the provided document. (i) Line Item Numbers A list of line-item numbers, items, and units of measure is available in Attachment 2- Bid Schedule (ii) Description of Requirements The contractor is required to provide the U.S. Government with commercial rental vehicle services, with or without a driver, including fuel, throughout the duration of the contract. Further details are outlined in "Attachment 1- PWS Commercial Rental Vehicle Services Honduras." (iii) Date and Place of Delivery The delivery schedule will be specified in each call order. (iv) Evaluation Factors The document includes evaluation factors for award, which are highlighted in the solicitation document. (v) Point of Contacts The final proposal must be addressed and sent to both Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure compliance and avoid exclusion from the competition.
