The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to procure a contractor to replace the antiquated LED Marquee Sign located at the Main Entrance to the facility grounds of the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center, located at 1 Medical Center Dr, Clarksburg, WV IAW the Statement of Work (SOW)
