Description
This RFQ is for Safety Stations in support of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), as prescribed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Firm Fixed Price Contract. All items must be new and not refurbished or previously leased. At this time EOIR is requesting a base year with 4 options. Also attached is EOIR's court locations to estimate shipping. All questions must be submitted to AndrewByrnes (Andrew.byrnes@usdoj.gov) by Monday July 6th 2026 1:00 PM ET. Please quote the requirement no later than Friday, July 15th 2026 1:00 PM ET. Quotes submitted after closing date will not be considered.*Please read SOW for details and return copy of 1449 with pricing in order to be considered Base Year: 08/01/2026 - 07/31/2027 Option Period 1 - 08/01/2027 - 07/31/2028 Option Period 2 - 08/01/2028 - 07/31/2029 Option Period 3 - 08/01/2029 - 07/31/2030 Option Period 4 - 08/01/2030 - 07/31/2031
