Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12443926Q0053 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to perform felling, disposal, and stump grinding services of hazards trees for approximately 65-acres in Fullerton Lake Recreation Area. Work will occur at the Fullerton Lake Recreation Area on the Calcasieu Ranger District, Kisatchie National Forest near state route LA-399. Period of Performance is 60 days after Notice to Proceed. For project density specifics please see Attachment C05a Questions Q0053. Anticipated award will be firm fixed price and the Government will evaluate quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310 The small business size standard is $11.5 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Site Visit: The campground is currently closed for camping but remains open to the public. Offerors may conduct unescorted site visits at their convenience. For those requesting a formal walkthrough (May 11th -13th) or additional onsite information see attachment C05 RFQ 12443926Q0053-0001.
