Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit � on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) � Sev1Tech, LLC (CAGE: 5YMU1) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 12. The proposed acquisition is to provide SBIR S5.02 � Earth Science, Applied Research and Decision Support � Phase III. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and will contain a one (year) Period of Performance,15 September 2025 through 14 September 2027. The sole source justification is as follows: Sev1Tech owns a registered U.S. trademark for EROSTAT.(USPTO Serial Number: 97858799; Registration Number: 7279192; Registration Date: 16 January 2024). The registration covers software-related services in International Class 42, specifically a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offering for integrated data management across distributed data infrastructures and data deration/automation capabilities.
