Description
Notice of Intent The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to solicit and negotiate with Decisive Point Consulting Group, LLC for a Careview Fall Prevention System for use at the VA Central California Healthcare System, Fresno, CA. The planned period of performance for this base plus four option year order is 9/1/2026 to 8/31/2031. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with the authority of VAAR 819.7008 Sole source awards to a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. 41 USC �3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code � 8127(c), as implemented by Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-5 - Sole Source Contracts for Contracts Above Simplified Acquisition Threshold. For purposes of meeting the goals under subsection (a), a contracting officer of the Department may award a contract to a small business concern owned and controlled by veterans or a small business concern owned and controlled by veterans with service-connected disabilities using procedures other than competitive procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Email responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the size standard is $47M. No telephone requests will be accepted.
