Amendemtment 2. The purpose of theis amendment is to to post RFI questions and answers. To extend the solicitation to July 14, 2026 Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add maps, sign-in sheet from site visit, extending solicitation to July 7, 2026, and amended solicitation. NOTE: Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" attachment to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the lock SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly. Proposals will be submitted electronically. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB) and Shuqualak Auxiliary Airfield, MS in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor's performance will be based on the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative's (COR) evaluations and on the results required by the Service Summary (SS) and not the frequency or method of performance. It is at the Contractor's discretion to determine the frequencies to attain the levels of service at the best value. The evaluation of results will be based on COR performance assessment and customer complaints. Final results of the evaluations will be the determining factor for the success or failure of this contract. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws as well as commercial standards. Required Delivery: 01 Oct 26 Period of Performance: Base Year: 1 Oct 26 - 30 Sep 27 Option 1: 1 Oct 27 - 30 Sep 28 Option 2: 1 Oct 28 - 30 Sep 29 Option 3: 1 Oct 29 - 30 Sep 30 Option 4: 1 Oct 30 - 30 Sep 31 Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on, 11 June 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. This will be a lengthy site visit that will cover two locations at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB) and Shuqualak Auxiliary Airfield, MS. The site visit will start at Shuqualak Auxiliary Airfield, MS and conclude at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB). Due to both locations and large areas the government will be providing transportation for this site visit. Please note that registration is required by 12:00 PM CST on 4 June 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 12:00 PM CST on 4 June 2026, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo real ID. Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB�s Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors center at 0850. Questions are due by June 18th. Proposals are due by July 7th.
