Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Evidence Supplies to include, 9�x 16� Vapor Barrier Heat Sealable Evidence Bags, 12�x 16� Vapor Barrier Heat Sealable Evidence Bags, and Custom Red 1 3/8� x 108� Tamper Resistant Evidence Tape. This notice is not a request for quotations. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Any inquires by a contractor that is not a Small Business will not be considered. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 459999 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $11,500,000. In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul FAR 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for this acquisition at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. Vendors that respond to this notice and provide a valid point of contact MAY BE issued the solicitation directly via email. It is the vendor�s responsibility to notify the point of contact below of their interest in this requirement. The solicitation (RFQ) will be issued on or around May 19th, 2026. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or receive a response. Interested vendors are encouraged to email the Contracting Officer, Lily Calvert at lrcalvert@fbi.gov.
