Description
Amendment 1 answers questions submitted during solicitation and makes minor amendment to minimum experience of key personnel language in the Performance Work Statement and Key Personnel form. Changes to documents are indicated by red vertical lines in the left margins of the documents. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1284LL26Q0032 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Forest Inventory & Analysis (FIA) for the Rocky Mountain Research Station. FIAs under this requirement shall be provided for New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary within the areas specified. See separately attached Performance Work Statement for a full description. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310 The small business size standard is $11.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
