The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Great Lakes and Ohio Rivers Division Civil Works and Operations and Maintenance missions require environmental sample analysis support, necessary for characterization of soils, sediments, groundwaters, surface waters, tissues, oils, wastes, and other environmental sample types. Contractors must register with sam.gov, prior to registering with the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.
