BARGE/VESSEL AND CRANE SERVICES TO LIFT AN ALUMINUM FABRICATED FRAME ONTO A CONCRETE PIER FOR INSTALLATION FOR THE NOAA NATIONAL OCEAN SERVICE IN CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 488390. The small business size standard is $47.0M. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Barge/vessel and crane services needed for the installation of the Bob Hall Pier NWLON station elevated platform in Corpus Christ, Texas See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.
