Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912EP26QA012 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for inspection, repair, renewal, and modification of items as described in the attached SOW on a USACE 62-foot catamaran style Survey Vessel IAW with State, County, and Federal safety and environmental rules and regulations as well as within manufacturer and governing agencies rules, requirements, recommendations, and guidelines concerning the inspection and repair of marine vessels. The contractor must provide all tools, equipment and personnel (Marine Chemists, Surveyors, Welders, AMPP/NACE Paint and Corrosion Inspectors) for the performance of the Work Items. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
