Description
The Veterans Benefits Administration at the Lincoln VA Regional Benefit Office, located at 3800 Village Drive, Lincoln, NE 98516, has identified a requirement for Spray Foam, Asbestos equipment and peripherals for a Veteran Beneficiary. The need is covered by Title 38, U.S. Code, Chapter 31, Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) for a Veterans employment plan. This need is authorized under Title 38, U.S. Code, Chapter 31, Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E), which facilitates the veterans' employment plan. The proposed contract action is estimated to be greater than $25,000, but not greater than the $350,000, SAT. FAR Subpart 12.2011 Simplified Procedures will be utilized for this requirement with the anticipated award date of July 10, 2026. It is anticipated a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted at https://sam.gov/opportunities Sam Contracting Opportunities within two (2) days. The designated NAICS code for this procurement is 333611, 1,500 employees. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) that possess valid registrations on the SBA Small Business Search website https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ and also maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website http://sam.gov/ . It is expected that a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be published on https://sam.gov/opportunities Sam Contracting Opportunities within the next two (2) days.
