Description
The 42d Contracting Squadron, on behalf of the 23rd Flying Training Squadron at Cairns AAF, Fort Rucker, AL is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a complete, turnkey audio-visual (AV) system upgrade for Baker Auditorium and expanding AV capabilities into the adjacent Heritage Room. The Government requires a contractor to engineer, de-install the existing outdated equipment, furnish, install, and integrate a modern, non-proprietary AV solution. The new system must provide multi-zone audio/video management, secure briefing isolation capabilities, and user-friendly control for both local presentations and Unified Communications (UC) events (e.g., MS Teams). The full scope of work, including all required performance capabilities and extensive system documentation requirements, is detailed in the attached draft Statement of Requirements (SOR).
